Meridian (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) provides tools to explore and invest across several asset types. These Terms form an agreement between you and us. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

To use Meridian you must:

• Be at least the minimum age required in your region;
• Be resident in a supported jurisdiction ([Jurisdiction]);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• Provide accurate information when asked.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We will never ask you for your password.

The platform lets you invest across digital assets, stocks, yield products and diversified portfolios through structured plans. Each plan states its minimum, duration, projected yield range and risk level before you commit. Figures shown are estimates, not offers or guarantees.

Investing involves risk, including the loss of the money you invest. Projected yields are estimates, not guarantees. Past performance does not predict future results. Digital assets are especially volatile, and the value of stocks can fall as well as rise. Only invest money you can afford to leave invested, and read our risk disclaimer in full.

Any fees that apply to a plan or service are shown before you invest. We aim to state fees clearly and will give notice of material changes.

You may request a withdrawal from your dashboard. Some plans have a fixed term or lock-in period, and withdrawing early may not be possible or may affect projected returns. Processing times depend on the plan and the assets involved.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes or money laundering;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or other accounts;
• Interfere with the platform’s operation or security;
• Provide false information or impersonate others.

The platform, its content, branding and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without permission, except as allowed for normal use of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses that result from normal market movements, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update the platform, our plans or these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
